Deposit Requirements:

      1 to 3 Day Rentals = 1 Night Deposit

      4 to 6 Day Rentals = 2 Nights Deposit

 

Balance due on arrival in cash, Traveler's Checks or Money Order

      Personal checks will not be accepted for payment of final balance

      No Exceptions

 

Deposits refunded if notified in writing two weeks in advance of arrival date

      Subject to 50% service charge

 

Deposits not transferable to future reservations

 

No refunds due to weather or early check-out

 

All rates subject to New Jersey Sales and Tourism Tax

 

Reservations held until 5 pm unless otherwise notified

 

Rates listed apply only to advance reservations

 

Misrepresentation voids reservation and are subject to forfeiture of all amounts paid

 

One parking space per unit, strictly enforced

 

No bicycles in room

 

No roller blading on premises

 

Sorry, no pets

 

Rates have been already been discounted 4 percent for cash, money orders, travelers checks payments.
